PUBLICITY AND VISITOR PROMOTION
To guarantee a successful exhibition the organizers will run an extensive promotional and advertising campaign both at home and abroad, which is targeted to reach a broad spectrum of attendance across China and Asia .
This will encompass direct mailing, advertising in and news release to leading trade journals and newspapers and also though government and industrial channels.
Advertising in media, covering newspapers, TV, radio, professional publications and trade journals.
A specialized website will be on Internet, so that participants and visitors will easily check
out the process of exhibition and related preparation work.
News release before, during and after the fair, reporting the specialties of the event.
The organizers will send updated leaflets of fair exhibitors and exhibits to trade visitors and potential end-users.
Administration tickets, visitor's guide and invitations will be mailed free to 200,000-targeted trade visitors and potential end-users across the country prior to the exhibition.
Invitation of government officials and industrial leaders to attend the fair opening ceremony and other show activities.

SEMINARS
The organizers will assist exhibitors who wish to hold technical seminars during the exhibition period. Holding technical seminar to introduce your technology and products is an extremely cost effective way of reaching a small yet highly specialized group of selective audience and will be an excellent promotional compliment to the participation of the exhibition.
Each seminar (3 hours long time-period) inclusive of a seminar room, invitation of about 50 target – audience will cost you only one thousand U.S. dollars (USD 1,000).

Invitation of Chinese government officials and professional visitors to attend the show.
Pre-exhibition promotion campaign towards targeted visitors: the organizers will launch an Intensive publicity program throughout China to ensure the professional visitors are fully informed of the exhibition.
Promotion of exhibits: exhibitors are required to send their product catalogue in advance of the exhibition. The catalogue will be passed immediately to the Chinese authorities for circulation among key persons listed in visitor profile. This is to ensure that Chinese visitors can make all necessary arrangement for on-site business talk.

Show Directory Advertising
Show directory will incorporate general information of the fair and details of all exhibitors. 3,000 copies will be printed and distributed to exhibitors and trade visitors at the fair and among the related government departments and industries.
